BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Dr. Sean Tuten is offering HIPAA-compliant video consults if you need a check in, herbal treatment, or have specific questions. 

Dr. Sean Tuten will be in Albuquerque on Wednesdays and Sunday.  If you'd like to schedule something please call or use the form below.

UPDATED POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR IN PERSON VISITS:

Corona is going to be with us for some time.  It's Dr. Tuten’s belief that the updated policies and procedures he has put into place offer the highest degree of safety and security for everyone. 

STERILIZATION:

1. All surfaces will be sterilized at the start and end of the day, and between each patient.  These include Dr. Tuten’s work space, chairs and small tables, door handles, faucet handles, and the entire restroom as necessary.

2. Linens will be changed between each patient as has always been the case.

3. The HEPA filter will run on high throughout the entire day: during and between treatments.

4. UV disinfection will be applied between each patient.

5. Windows will be opened for a minimum of 10 minutes between each patient.

6. Dr. Tuten will only be seeing one patient at a time in both of his clinics, and there will be a minimum of a 15 minute waiting period between patients.

ARRIVAL AT THE OFFICE:

1. For everyone's safety, please remember to use the restroom prior to coming to office to reduce the amount of sterilization that must be performed during the day.

2. Dr. Tuten will send you a questionnaire prior to every appointment for the foreseeable future.   This will include questions about your recent health history and act as a screening tool for updated COVID-19 symptoms.  Since our understanding of this virus will continue to evolve, it is vitally important that you read and answer these questionnaires each time.

3. When you arrive at the office, please text Dr. Tuten at (401) 569-0222 and he will let you know when you can come in.  He will open the door for you.  Please try to avoid touching any unnecessary surfaces.  We are going to avoid having anyone in our waiting areas so you will be led into your treatment room immediately.  

DURING & AFTER THE TREATMENT:

1. Dr. Tuten will have you wear a mask unless it will impede upon our treatment so please remember to bring your masks with you.  Dr. Tuten will be wearing a mask and gloves for every patient.

2. Dr. Tuten will open the doors and let you out following your treatment

PAYMENT:

1. Dr. Tuten will send you a square invoice for each treatment so no payment will be exchanged at the office.  It is preferred that rather than paying through square, you set up a Zelle account and send the money to Dr. Tuten’s phone number: 401-569-0222.  Zelle accounts are easy to set up and more information can be found HERE.  If you prefer not to do that, you may pay the square invoice directly.  Charges for using a credit card or HSA card have been waived for the time being.  Whether you pay through Zelle or square, you will receive a receipt from square.
